The Project

twentysix have worked with NHSBT for over three years. Our objective for this campaign was to increase blood donations and sign ups, during the summer, when donations are at their lowest. We worked to recruit 100,000 new donors in just 100 days. We did this by leveraging celebrity endorsement, creating social mosaics, Twibbons, infographics and social content.

The Results


We exceeded the 100k new donors in 100 days and achieved healthy blood stocks throughout the summer


100 photos of new donors were posted in 100 days


We reached 9.9 million people through twitter with 6,472 @mentions to the @GiveBloodNHS account from 4,515 Twitter users

The Project

National Transplant Week happens annually and raises awareness of Organ Donation. twentysix were briefed with promoting the need to tell your family and friends your organ donation wishes after signing up.

This year's campaign was our most successful online. Your posts, pictures and messages have reached an amazing number of people on social media sites, we cannot thank you all enough!
