COLLATE AND PRIORITISE
All requirements exploring your organisation, users and competitive landscape are captured in a log that is maintained throughout the process. We tend to use MoSCoW prioritisation (what items Must, Should, Could and Won’t be implemented as part of the roadmap recommendation) to organise the log and retain focus. We work closely with our client’s project team to ensure prioritisation supports the web transformation vision.
ASSESS AND TEST
A platform assessment follows requirement collation and prioritisation. We typically assess against our client’s integration requirements (e.g. CRM, payment services, monitoring systems), platform features (e.g. content editing, security management, workflow) and website functionality (e.g. media streaming, HR, advertising support). Factors such as total cost of ownership and exposure to product demonstrations are critical to our overarching platform recommendations.
In cases where we incorporate prototyping into our discovery, we will user test our solution and refine our recommendation in line with findings.

A successful discovery results in actionable implementation with demonstrable results. Our final discovery output is never a surprise to our clients, as we ensure that their project team and key stakeholders have been engaged throughout the process, and have confidence in the next stages of their web transformation. Outputs capture our findings, making the next steps clear (including costs, opportunities and risks) and ensuring wider organisational understanding and buy-in.
