We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who will own and carry forward the social media offering for our accounts. This includes day to day client planning as well as ownership of content creation and deployment. The role will encompass full social media management as well as consultancy points based on client needs across different industries.

Due to Covid-19 we are all working remotely, however when the office is open for those that want to work onsite, you can do, or you can do a combination of both. Work equipment such as laptops will be provided.


  • To be a social media specialist within the agency
  • Day to day management of client social media accounts, this includes client strategy, content creation and upload, basic community management, paid social media deployment and reporting.
  • Day to day client communications, supporting our Client Services team as relevant/needed per each account.
  • Supporting the Senior Social Media Manager in strategy development, activity and campaign planning.
  • Time management, managing deliverables from the client within retained time on the account.
  • Working closely with our Data and Design teams to support social media deliverables
  • Will be required to attend pitches, supporting the Strategists and Seniors within the team with social media knowledge. 
  • Mentor team members providing knowledge and support
  • Support the new business team in pitches, tenders and proposals where appropriate


  • At least two years of hands-on social media experience, including management/ownership of brand accounts across all major platforms
  • Proficient in ads platforms across Facebook (inc. Instagram), Twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest
  • Proficient in in-platform analytics and key data points to measure performance
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Being able to adapt to different industries and client needs
  • Confidence in communications in person and via email
  • Technical knowledge of all major social media platforms
  • Agency experience preferred.
