We are looking for an Senior SEO Technical Analyst to join our Leeds office who will be responsible for planning, executing and monitoring overall search engine performance for SEO campaigns for our incredible roster of clients. 

As the Senior SEO Technical Analyst you will work with the relevant SEO Director, SEO analysts, Outreach Execs and Client Services team to implement effective search strategies and track the performance of new and existing campaigns against agreed KPIs.

Due to Covid-19 we are all currently working remotely, however when the office is open for those that want to work onsite, you can do, or you can do a combination of both. Work equipment such as laptops will be provided.


  • You’ll be responsible for SEO strategy and execution for clients
  • You’ll deliver clear and concise strategies covering the core elements of technical, content, offsite. 
  • You’ll measure and analyse the success of SEO strategies and tactics and present learnings and recommendations for future campaigns. 
  • You’ll help plan, deliver and report on off-site / creative campaigns utilising the most appropriate techniques
  • You’ll use a variety of proprietorial and third party tools to compile and draw insight from both company-specific, sector-specific and generic industry data, in order to better understand user trends and behaviour and add context to the performance on each account
  • You’ll monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.


  • You’ll have at least 4 years’ SEO experience, capable of managing £500,000 income
  • You’ll have a well-rounded knowledge of SEO, in particular the role of SEO within a wider digital marketing campaign and online activities
  • You’ll present clearly and persuasively with enthusiasm and rationalisation to internal teams
  • You’ll present clearly and persuasively with enthusiasm and rationalisation to external teams
  • You’ll have good internal interpersonal and communication skills
  • You’ll be able to sell ideas in a confident and convincing way
  • You’ll have the ability to understand the client commercial as well as SEO requirements

  • You’ll be proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, Email and Internet and SEO tools and fully proficient in Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
