Senior Display Manager

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Senior Display Manager to assist the Display Group Head. You will have responsibility for running your own team of Display managers and executives, while ensuring delivery of performance and service on your team’s client accounts.

As part of the wider PPC and Display team, the role requires the ability to work across multiple clients websites, manage relationships with suppliers and be responsible for setting up and managing display campaigns for some of the UK’s leading brands.

Naturally we want someone who’s proactive, has first class relationship management skills and experience of working on digital campaigns. We want you to be committed to your clients, strive for excellence and have a can-do attitude.

What we need

  • You will need at least 4 years’ experience in working in a paid media environment.
  • Experience managing large scale, complex, results driven projects with significant budgets.
  • Good internal interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience of DoubleClick.
  • You will have from previous roles, working knowledge across multiple biddable media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Retargeting.
  • Robust numerical and data analysis skills, with the ability to provide actionable recommendations.

  • Ideally have done all of the above in an agency environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing client relationships.
  • Supporting junior members of the team and assisting with training junior team members.
  • Supporting Group head on grow opportunities, including and not limited to new client opportunities, supplier innovations and department efficiencies.
  • Creating media plans and developing display strategies for new clients.
  • Assisting with new business pitches and the creation of new business material
  • Building and setting up new display campaigns.
  • Making creative recommendations to improve campaign performance.
