Telesales (Business Development) Executive

Our New Business team in Leeds is going through another phase of growth. And due to this we have a fantastic opportunity to join the team as a Telesales/Business Development Executive. This posistion is filled with unlimited career growth and uncapped commission.

As part of an integrated new business approach that will include multi-channel marketing and events, you will be supported and coached by the Business Development Director and Sales & Marketing Director to ensure maximum success and personal development.

Naturally you will be incredibly driven and ambitious with a demonstratable background in sales. 

As an integral part of the New Business Team you will drive leads through the identification of potential client stakeholders and engagement via telephone, email and social channels.

What we need

  •        Aptitude for new business with a successful sales track record.
  •        Experience in the Marketing sector, preferably within Digital Marketing.
  •        Good energy & positive mindset.
  •        Must be comfortable working within a structured environment
  •        Motivated by targets and KPI’s
  •        Must be a motivated self-starter
  •        Must be hungry to achieve
  •        Committed to own development
  •        Enthusiastic/ can do attitude
  •        Confident communicator – written, over the telephone or face to face

What you'll be doing

  • Prospecting & lead generation.
  • Identification of manager/director level prospects using LinkedIn, personal connections and online research.
  • Pro-active lead generation via telephone, email and social channels.
  • Identification of key industry insights to fuel conversation.
  • Creation of appointments with potential clients for the senior team.
  • Support of the digital acquisition new business team to create pitches and supporting materials
  • Pro-actively adding value to the new business process
  • Prospect and database management using CRM
  • Marketing and event support when required
