Business Development Manager - Leeds

Our New Business team in Leeds is going through another phase of growth. And due to this we have the fantastic opportunity to join the team as a Business Development Manager This position is filled with unlimited career growth and uncapped commission.

As part of an integrated new business approach that will include multi-channel marketing and events, you will be supported and coached by the Business Development Director and Sales & Marketing Director to ensure maximum success and personal development.

Naturally you will be incredibly driven and ambitious with a demonstratable background in sales. 

As an energetic and committed member of the New Business team at twentysix, you will have maximum drive and focus in delivering a full 360 sales approach.

What we need

  • Be an enthusiastic, energetic and relentless Business Development Manager within the digital agency arena.
  • Be confident in self-managing a lead generation and opportunity generation process to generate new business opportunities with target clients/sectors.
  • Have great understanding of digital marketing and be able to talk around fully integrated propositions.
  • Have an exceptional knowledge of the agency sales process.
  • Know how to pitch an agency proposal.
  • Have a proven track record of smashing targets and winning new business.

What you'll be doing

  • Prospecting & New Business Development
  • Identification of prospects
  • Pro-active lead generation
  • Identification of key industry insights to fuel conversation with prospects and proposition development.
  • Creation of appointments with potential clients.
  • Support of the digital acquisition new business team to create pitches and supporting materials.
  • Pro-actively adding value to the new business process
  • Prospect and database management using CRM.
