Telesales/Business Development Executive Leeds

Due to continued growth our New Business department are looking for a Business Development Executive to join the team to pro-actively generate sales leads at manager and director level using a variety of methods. Being a natural at identifying key industry insights to fuel conversations with prospects, you will create new business opportunities with potential clients.

Naturally we want someone who’s enthusiastic, energetic and passionate about sales and lead generation.

We want you to be incredibly driven, have strong career/life goals and to always strive for excellence. As part of an integrated approach that will include multi-channel marketing and events, you will be supported and coached by the Head of Business Development and Sales & Marketing Director to ensure maximum success and personal development.

What we need

  • Experience within a telesales environment
  • Aptitude for new business with a successful new business track record/wins.
  • Experience in the Marketing sector, preferably within Digital Marketing / SEO / PPC
  • Be a self-starter / self-motivated
  • You must be hungry to achieve with a commitment to personal development

What you'll be doing

  • Prospecting and new business development
  • Proactive lead generation via telephone, email and social channels
  • Support of the digital acquisition new business team to create pitches
  • Database management using CRM
