HUGO Urban Rules. An initiative between HUGO BOSS, MTV / MTV Base to nurture and find new Urban music talent. The site allows artists to upload music samples, images and biographies to be judged by UK urban music stars, if successful they will then get to meet and learn from R&B legends and perform on MTV. For Urban music fans the site provides access to live performances by established artists and hundreds of mp3s from the latest UK talent, they also have the chance to win tickets to see them at national gigs live.
