“Lifting the Lid on the Navy” was the task we set ourselves. Aimed at boosting recruitment to the Senior Service, we need to talk to potential recruits in a way they will respond to. So we focussed on the people doing the jobs and let them speak for themselves. That has included Live web chat, Bebo pages, video diaries and variety of interactive tools to help people understand the relevance and opportunities offered by the modern Royal Navy.
